General Information

The aim of the Privacy Policy is to depict the legal data protection aspects in one summarising document. By using the Website, you accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Definitions:

c) Website – website under the domain pilgrimink.com,

For the purpose of better reception of Privacy Policy, the term „User” has been replaced with „You” and term „Administrator” with term „Me/I”.

Data, including personal data, are obtained by using forms by you and are left during the visit to the Website.

I am committed to processing data in accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR. Data is stored on secured servers.

I respect the right to privacy and do care about data security. I ensure that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral by using technology for establishing an encrypted links.

Personal data that you provide on the Website are confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons. Access to the data have Administrator and authorized persons granted by the Administrator.

I do not share personal data with other entities, except for those authorized under the applicable law.

I have implemented pseudonymisation, data encryption and we have introduced access control so we minimize the consequences of a potential data breach.

Personal data is processed by persons authorized only by me and by processors with whom I cooperate.

I declare that:
a) I process personal data exclusively with documented permission of Website user, this also applies to the transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization – unless such an obligation is imposed on us by Union law or the law of the Member Country we are subjected to.
b) persons authorized to process personal data are committed to secrecy.
c) I take all measures required under Article 32. GDPR.
d) I comply with the terms of use of the services of another processor, referred to Article 28. GDPR.
